Excellent! - Damon
When I first looked these guys up they had like 15 5-star reviews but now they seem to have none. They deserved those reviews, as Justin is by far and away the best tech I've ever worked with. He's done job after job for my small courier company, and he's always fixed the problem with speed and at a very reasonable rate. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Best geeks around! - jonswagle
I called and spoke with Justin - he was able to talk me through fixing most of my problems with Photoshop. HAd to drop off the computer briefly to get the wi-fi fixed but he had it ready in like 30 minutes, and didn't even charge me for the time spent on the phone! I'd totally recommend him.

Justin, who runs this business, is a very friendly individual who knows exactly what he's doing. My computer was all sorts of screwed up - itunes wasn't opening, all of my MP3's were missing, I had ads popping up and all kinds of other problems. He had the computer back to me within 24 hours with everything working as it should, and it was faster than it was before! I can't recommend him enough

Justin had me in and out in an hour. Dropped my laptop off at his place in poor shape (wouldn't boot at ALL) and he handed it back to me 50 minutes later booting like a charm. Can't recommend him enough!

A few months ago I called 12:01 Computer Solutions in dire need of a new computer, and was lucky enough to talk to Justin, who knew the perfect set-up that would fit me after only a few minutes on the phone! He built the computer for less than it would've cost me to go to a chain store, installed it for me, and was more than happy to take a few minutes to answer my questions about past computer issues and future maintenance! The folks at 12:01 are extremely knowledgeable, very professional, actually care about their customers' needs, and have very affordable pricing. You'll never find another place like 12:01 Computer Solutions in all of Portland!

I was very pleased with the service I received from 12:01 Computer Solutions. I called them when my PC wouldn't even boot up, and they had it back and running fast as ever very quickly. I have recommended this company to a number of friends and family members who have had similar experiences. Very nice people, local ownership, what else is there to say?

Had Justin help revive my computer - he was very quick to respond to my inquiry, very pleasant to work with, knowledgable and exceptionally willing to work around my schedule. Turn around time in getting my computer fixed was *way* beyond my expectations. I will definitely utilize 12:01 again in the future for all my computer issues. Very strong recommendation.

I was very impressed with 12:01 Computer Solutions. I dropped my computer off, which was in a really bad state, and my computer was ready to go by the end of the day. I was even more impressed when I logged on and my computer ran better than it ever had! I am going to recommend 12:01 computer solutions to all my friends and co-workers. As an attorney, I rely on 3 things: my computer(s), my cellphone, and portability of electronically stored information. 1201 has done everything from building a desktop computer from scratch, to providing instant service for all my computers, via the "Remote Helpdesk" feature. I have never had to leave my office to wait in line (forever) at a computer repair store due to 1201's prompt, professional assistance. I heartily recommend 1201 to anyone who wants reliable, consistent and friendly service.

I've used 1201 on many occasions, professionally and privately. They are prompt, efficient and extremely reasonable. I haven't had a issue that they weren't able to solve. I especially like the "remote access" feature, with a quick phone call their technicians are able to connect to your computer. It's fascinating to sit and watch as they zip around the screen at lightning speed, and before you know it they have located and corrected the problem. This is definitely a FIVE STAR operation!

These geeks are the best! Spoke with Justin on the phone and he actually talked me through fixing most of my problem. Had to drop it off briefly for him to address a wi-fi issue but he didn't charge me for the phone call at all and was very helpful!

my cat knocked over my external hard drive and it totally broke and erased all my pictures. i was devastated until I called these guys and they were able to take the hard drive apart and get my pictures off it. they didn't charge much and were really cool!

These guys are the best I'm disabled and work from home, and Justin (Jason?) came out to my house and hooked up my new machine, moved everything off my old one to it and got all the junk off it. I would hire him again and almost certainly will.

For fast computer repair look no further. Justin fixed me up right quick. Had a bad hard drive and he swapped it out with a good one and got me up and running for $120 (including the new part!) - can't be beat.

MY computer was no longer booting up. Called 12:01 and spoke to Justin. His price was fair so I dropped my computer off at his place on Flanders. He installed a new hard drive and saved almost all my data off my busted one. He was easy to talk to.

These guys fixed my totally hosed dell system in like 90 minutes, where the other guys were projecting hours of labor would be needed. They also charge less than most of the other companies, and Justin's great to work with!
