If you’re a member of our VIP program or 1201 IT Solutions small business support, with your help we can log into your system and address any issues you may be having! We may not be able to fully resolve your issue remotely, but we can usually assess the situation and help you plan for a trip into the shop.
If this is a new service and not a follow-up to work in the shop, our rate for remote repairs is $195 per hour, billed in half-hour increments ($95 minimum).
